Our small staff team love to help everyday people know Jesus better and make Jesus known.
Rev Michael Crichton
Senior Minister
As the Senior Minister of Mosman Village Church, Michael provides teaching, leadership, and guidance for the church as a whole. Michael is married to Karen and they have 3 adult children. He has a keen interest in pigeon racing, but an even greater interest in helping people to understand God’s Word.
Rev Max Brewer
Families Minister
Max is married to Kate and together they have three young children: Lucie, Sadie and Alexander. He grew up on Sydney’s northern beaches and loves getting to the beach and going for walks with his family.
Max is responsible for our 10am Family Service and oversees kids and youth programs: Village Cubs, Village Kids and Village Youth.
Vivienne Wettenhall
Office Manager
Viv supports the day-to-day running of the church through a variety of administration and support roles. Viv is married to Alec and has been a member for many years.
Luke Morris
Student Minister (Music & Youth)
Luke is in his third year at Moore Theological College studying a Bachelor of Divinity. He is married to Courtney and together they have two young children. Luke is passionate about glorifying God through music and sharing the good news of Jesus.
Luke joined us in 2025 to assist with our Sunday music and Village Youth.
Josh Spencer
Student Minister (Kids & Youth)
Josh is in his third year at Moore Theological College studying a Bachelor of Divinity. He loves sport and sharing the good news of Jesus with young people.
Josh joined us at the start of 2026 to assist with Village Youth and Village Kids.
Ellen Loughhead
Kids Ministry Support
Ellen works one midweek day per week teaching Christian SRE at Mosman Public School and Beauty Point Public School.
Ellen also supports our Sunday kids ministries with curriculum and lesson planning and preparation.
